Innovative Lawyers’ Conference is a meeting of modern and open to new solutions lawyers. This year, the second edition of the event will be held. We will focus on topics related to the acquisition of clients and cooperation with them. We will consider what law firms offer and what do they need and expect? Is it easy for the parties to meet in the same place? We will follow the process from submitting an offer to the standards of service and maintenance of relations.

We have decided to resign from traditional lectures in favour of debates on theses. The discussion panels of the conference will include not only lawyers and experts in sales and marketing, but above all your clients. It is their opinions and experience that will help you to verify and then improve your previous actions.

The formula of the debates will allow you to confront different points of view and exchange experiences in the arrangement of the law firm – Client. The meeting will end with a debate on the vision of the legal profession.

Law on new technologies
with the participation of, among others:
Prof Dariusz Szostek (University of Opole),
Prof Włodzimierz Szpringer (SGH),
Prof Sławomir Żółtek (University of Warsaw)

The third thematic block will focus on a very interesting issue, which is constantly gaining in importance, i.e. almost new technologies and its influence on the shape and functioning of the banking sector. New technologies have become a permanent part of the current activity of banking sector entities, influencing more and more areas of bank operations. In this respect, phenomena such as e.g. blockchain technology or artificial intelligence (AI) and PSD2 constitute not only new technological and business opportunities for banks, but also a number of legal challenges faced by the banking sector, supervisory entities and the legislator.
